Pilot path

A bounded pilot path from account creation to first validated workflow.

MySafe should be entered through a narrow operational path, not through vague platform expectations. The current objective is to validate a real document workflow end-to-end.

Good pilot conditions

  • real document-control problem
  • limited initial scope
  • operator-guided pilot is acceptable
  • the goal is workflow validation rather than broad rollout

First 15-minute path

01

Create an account

Start with registration. The current app path then moves directly into organization creation.

02

Create your first organization

MySafe is organization-scoped. Document work starts only after the organization boundary exists.

03

Open the empty documents workspace

After organization setup, MySafe takes you into the Documents workspace and shows the first-document empty state.

04

Upload the first document

Use the first-document upload action. The initial upload creates a structured document record instead of an untracked loose file.

05

Open document details

After upload, MySafe takes you straight to the document details page so you can review state, versions, and next actions.

06

Continue in the workspace

From document details, continue with version uploads, lifecycle transitions, and the current workspace guidance. The Audit page is informational and read-only.

What this pilot is for

The current pilot path is for bounded validation of registration, organization setup, first-document onboarding, document detail review, versioning, lifecycle transitions, and current workflow visibility.

It is not a promise of broad migration tooling, deep integrations, or unrestricted enterprise rollout.

Create an account to start a new pilot workspace, sign in to continue an existing one, or recover access before returning to the Documents workspace.
